General Manager

Tres Moulton

Tres Moulton is the General Manager at Foresight Automation, where he provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the company runs efficiently and delivers exceptional results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Performance Management from Dallas Baptist University.

With over 25 years of experience in engineering, program management, and business development across the aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries, Tres has held key roles including Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, Business Development Manager at WilliamsRDM, and Manufacturing Manager at Marlow Industries. He leverages his technical expertise and leadership experience to drive alignment, growth, and excellence across Foresight’s teams and projects.

Business Development Manager

Jarrett Miller

Jarrett Miller is a Business Development Manager of Foresight Automation, bringing over 40 years of experience in industrial automation and custom machine design. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a member of Tau Beta Pi, Pi Tau Sigma, and ASME. Jarrett has received three U.S. patents for innovative mechanical designs and leads teams to develop advanced automation systems that improve efficiency, performance, and customer value.

Business Development Manager

Josh Heathcote

Josh Heathcote is a Business Development Manager at Foresight Automation with over 20 years of experience in the electrical and automation industries. He has worked in multiple roles throughout his career, developing a strong understanding of both technical and customer-facing operations. Josh brings expertise in power distribution, control systems, and automation solutions. Known for his problem-solving approach and technical insight, he works closely with customers to provide effective, efficient automation systems that improve productivity and deliver measurable business results for every project.

Senior Controls Engineer

Jason Ross

Jason Ross is a Senior Controls Engineer at Foresight Automation with eight years of experience designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation systems. His skill set spans panel assembly, AutoCAD Electrical design, PLC programming (primarily Allen-Bradley with some Siemens), HMI development, system testing, and field commissioning. He has supported successful projects in food and beverage, chemical processing, material handling, conveyor systems, and robotics. Jason holds a B.S. in Engineering from Arizona State University and is a UL 508A certified Manufacturer Technical Representative. His broad technical background and hands-on approach enable him to deliver reliable, customer-focused automation solutions.

Operations Manager

Sherie Stott

Sherie Stott is the Operations Manager at Foresight Automation, bringing 22 years of experience in the power transmission industry, including 16 years with Purvis Industries before transferring to Foresight in 2022. She plays a key role in maintaining operational accuracy across projects, inventory, customers, and suppliers. Sherie’s comprehensive understanding of business processes enables her to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, and solve complex challenges. Her leadership and attention to detail ensure that Foresight operates efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional service.

Production Manager

Bruce Fraser

Bruce Fraser is the Production Manager at Foresight Automation, bringing 25 years of dedicated experience to the company. He began his career as Press Parts and Support Manager, a position he continues to maintain today, before transitioning to Production Manager in 2015. In his current role, Bruce oversees panel shop operations, ensuring that each project is assembled and shipped with precision, quality, and attention to detail. He also manages engineering documentation and supports Foresight’s ongoing commitment to efficiency and excellence in automation design and production. His extensive experience and operational insight make him an essential contributor to the company’s success and continued growth.

Mechanical Engineer

Marcus Brewer

Marcus Brewer is a Mechanical Engineer at Foresight Automation, where he has worked since 2017 focusing on industrial machinery and tooling design. His core responsibilities include proposal and budget development, project management, part and machine design, site layouts, and mechanical installation and commissioning. In addition to his strong mechanical background, Marcus has extensive experience programming robotic, vision, and laser marking systems. He combines his technical expertise with a passion for innovation to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions for automation applications.

Mechanical Engineer

Dan Crawford

Dan Crawford is a Mechanical Engineer at Foresight Automation and a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. While in college, he built manufacturing machinery and later transitioned into mechanical design and project commissioning. Dan focuses on mechanical design and robotic integration, working to improve system performance and efficiency. He holds certifications in Autodesk Inventor, ABB Robot Programming 1 & 2, and KUKA Robot Programming, supporting his ability to create advanced automation and design solutions.

Controls Engineer

Dawson Kinser

Dawson Kinser is a Controls Engineer at Foresight Automation, where he designs, programs, tests, and commissions custom machinery and control systems. He joined Foresight in early 2025 and brings strong experience in AutoCAD Electrical schematic and panel design, PLC programming across multiple platforms, HMI development, and electrical system design and testing. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. His technical expertise and problem-solving approach allow him to develop efficient, reliable automation systems that meet customer requirements and support project success.

Matthew Zagar

Matthew Zagar is a Controls Engineer at Foresight Automation with 15 years of experience in electrical and automation systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and has worked across multiple technical fields throughout his career. At Foresight, Matt specializes in developing controls and programming solutions for complex automation projects, providing design expertise and troubleshooting support. His practical experience and engineering background allow him to deliver reliable, efficient systems that meet customer needs and project goals.
