With over 25 years of experience in engineering, program management, and business development across the aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries, Tres has held key roles including Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, Business Development Manager at WilliamsRDM, and Manufacturing Manager at Marlow Industries. He leverages his technical expertise and leadership experience to drive alignment, growth, and excellence across Foresight’s teams and projects.

Sherie Stott
Sherie Stott is the Operations Manager at Foresight Automation, bringing 22 years of experience in the power transmission industry, including 16 years with Purvis Industries before transferring to Foresight in 2022. She plays a key role in maintaining operational accuracy across projects, inventory, customers, and suppliers. Sherie’s comprehensive understanding of business processes enables her to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, and solve complex challenges. Her leadership and attention to detail ensure that Foresight operates efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional service.

Production Manager
Bruce Fraser
Bruce Fraser is the Production Manager at Foresight Automation, bringing 25 years of dedicated experience to the company. He began his career as Press Parts and Support Manager, a position he continues to maintain today, before transitioning to Production Manager in 2015. In his current role, Bruce oversees panel shop operations, ensuring that each project is assembled and shipped with precision, quality, and attention to detail. He also manages engineering documentation and supports Foresight’s ongoing commitment to efficiency and excellence in automation design and production. His extensive experience and operational insight make him an essential contributor to the company’s success and continued growth.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Dan Crawford
Dan Crawford is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Foresight Automation and a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. While in college, he built manufacturing machinery and later transitioned into mechanical design and project commissioning. Dan focuses on mechanical design and robotic integration, working to improve system performance and efficiency. He holds certifications in Autodesk Inventor, ABB Robot Programming 1 & 2, and KUKA Robot Programming, supporting his ability to create advanced automation and design solutions.

Senior Controls Engineer
Dawson Kinser
Dawson Kinser is a Senior Controls Engineer at Foresight Automation, where he designs, programs, tests, and commissions custom machinery and control systems. He joined Foresight in early 2025 and brings strong experience in AutoCAD Electrical schematic and panel design, PLC programming across multiple platforms, HMI development, and electrical system design and testing. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. His technical expertise and problem-solving approach allow him to develop efficient, reliable automation systems that meet customer requirements and support project success.

Cecil Morgan
Cecil Morgan is the Business Development Manager at Foresight Automation, bringing more than 30 years of engineering, project management, and business development experience across the process, machine-building, and automation industries. His process industry experience spans plastics, glass, and water treatment, including ultra-pure water systems for semiconductor fabs at Ovivo Water and float glass process and material-handling equipment at Guardian Industries. Cecil also brings machine-building experience from DEPRAG USA, where he supported assembly automation equipment sales as an Application Engineer, and Womack Systems, where he served as Manufacturing Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. His broad industry experience allows him to connect customer needs with practical automation solutions and support successful project development.

Alejandro Contreras
Alejandro Contreras is a Mechanical Engineer at Foresight Automation, bringing experience in mechanical design across the automotive, semiconductor, and automation industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. Alejandro previously worked at Peterbilt, where he supported the design of large-scale automotive systems, and at Smiths Interconnect, where he designed precision components for the semiconductor industry. His diverse design experience and technical background allow him to develop practical, reliable mechanical solutions for custom automation systems and support the successful execution of Foresight's automation projects.

Controls Engineer
Arif Mohammed
Arif Mohammed is a Controls Engineer at Foresight Automation, bringing more than eight years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering across material handling and heavy manufacturing industries. His expertise includes PLC and HMI programming, system design, commissioning, and project execution. Before joining Foresight, Arif spent nearly six years as a Project Lead Controls Engineer at FORTNA, leading large-scale automated parcel sortation projects at major UPS hubs nationwide. He also supported commissioning for an automated OCTG manufacturing facility at TENARIS Bay City. Arif holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he conducted research in autonomous unmanned ground and aerial systems at UTARI. He is also passionate about mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement across automation projects.

Logan McDaniel
Logan McDaniel is a Controls Engineer at Purvis Industries, where he supports automation projects through controls engineering, programming, and system development. He joined Purvis Industries in June 2026 after completing an internship with Foresight Automation, where he focused on signals and systems. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, graduating cum laude in 2026. His strong technical foundation in engineering and controls allows him to contribute to the development and implementation of reliable automation solutions.
